Where We Eat: Restaurante Sebastian, Deià

My love of Deià only grows stronger after every visit, and it's easy to see why so many people are wanting to invest in property here. After attending a special dinner at La Residencia earlier this year I've been making it a point to try each of the Chefs Restaurants who have shaped this tiny, yet mighty village.

Where We Eat: Quadrat Restaurant, Palma de Mallorca.

We've finally made it to the newly opened Quadrat Restaurant, located in the SANT FRANCESC HOTEL SINGULAR. Only 5 months old and already stirring up a lot of press. It's time we pop on over for a culinary treat.

Where We EAT: Ca's Patro March, Cala Deià.

I'll let you in on a little secret, I do not like driving windy roads in the north of the island. I'm not one for a scary drive and I drive slowly with caution. Which only means that the locals don't like me because I'm extra careful around turns and tourists don't like me because something my turns are wider then they should be. With that aside I can say that I love Cala Deià because it is one of the easier drives for me. (note; I said easier)

Where We EAT: DaiCa Restaurant, Llubí.

It is the middle of May and it's lunchtime on the island, but where should I go? This is the question I often find myself asking. If I have the time I like to jump in the car and explore the little villages on the island but more often then not I'm left hungry and disappointed.
